Vasco Deon Kidd, DHSc, MPH, MS, PA-C

President

Dr. Kidd has practiced orthopedic surgery for over 15 years and is an alumnus of the Orthopaedic Surgical Fellowship Program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC). Dr. Kidd holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree from California State Dominguez Hills, a Master's Degree in Health Professions Education, and a Physician Assistant Certificate of Completion from Western University of Health Sciences.


Dr. Kidd has completed an Executive Master of Public Health Degree in Management and Health Policy from UCLA, and a Doctorate Degree in Health Science, with a concentration in Global Health from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. In addition, Dr. Kidd completed a Teaching of Excellence Fellowship Program at the University of Texas Health Science, San Antonio. Dr. Kidd is the recipient of the Outstanding Teaching Appreciation Award in the area of orthopedic surgery from Kaiser Permanente Family Medicine Residency Program.


Currently, Dr. Kidd is the Director Advanced Practice Providers and Fellowship Director of the Orthopaedic Surgery PA Fellowship Program (OSPAF). Moreover, Dr. Kidd is the president of the Association of postgraduate APP programs. Dr. Kidd holds multiple faculty and teaching appointments at several universities. Dr. Kidd has published in the following areas; treatment of symptomatic knee osteoarthritis, pain management, autism, public health policy, patient centered medical homes (PCMH), and selected clinical topics. 

Haminot Tena Kidd, MBA, CPA

Board of Directors

Haminot graduated with a degree in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, in Pomona. Haminot earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. She has extensive experience in tax and business management service. Prior to joining the Large Business & International Division of the Internal Revenue Service in 2010, she was a senior manager at an accounting firm.

Dr. Etsegenet Ayele, MD

Board of Directors

Dr. Ayele received her medical degree from Minsk State Medical School, Belarus. She completed her internship at the United Hospital Medical Center/University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ-Newark NJ. Her residency at Capital Health System, Trenton NJ. Dr. Ayele is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, American College of Physicians. Dr. Ayele's maintains teaching appointments 
at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, Internal Medicine Residency Program. Hobbies and Interests: Dr. Ayele loves gardening and enjoys exercise. She lectures to Senior Citizen groups and High School students on Career Days.  Dr. Ayele was a team physician at the 2004 US Open Badminton Championship and the 2005 World Badminton Championship.
